'Jan T. White' is a painted on the under side of both these fabulous pieces. Jan White (1952-2002) was based in Ringwood, Victoria, and specialised in decorative raku and decorative and functional stoneware. Her work is handbuilt or thrown or combines both techniques. The bowl is a soft sea green and has three small feet. It measures 13 cm in diameter and 9cm Deep. It could be used as a serving bowl for pesto or nuts or as a planter. The usage is as great as your imagination. The oil infuser stands 18 cm high and 9cm Deep. It is coloured sea blue with gold embellishments on both sides of the bowl area. This is has some minor repair to the handle on the side, but does not deflect in the overall look. Both pieces are photographed with a cup for size relevance.
